The National ID card, Drivers license or International passport are currently the only acceptable means of identification. If you do not have any of this, we encourage you to apply for one and come back to resume your application. Also make sure that your chosen ID has not expired. Once we begin to accept other means of identification, we will update our website.

Registrations typically take between 15 – 20 working days, depending on the complexity of your application

Depending on the option you choose, your certificate will be sent to your delivery address, or you may pick up from our office in Lekki Phase 1

Unfortunately not. We cannot begin processing your application without a successful payment. If you are having problems with payment, simply email us at cs@regista.com.ng and we’ll be happy to assist.

There are additional payment options online at the moment. You can try again to make a payment using any of the bank accounts we currently support or by using GTB’s 737 code with your phone. 

We send you update emails every step of the way, so you know exactly what is going on with your application. If you have any specific queries about your application, please email us at cs@regista.com.ng, including your Application ID as a reference

If for any reason, your application is not accepted by the CAC, you will get a full refund, minus any application and/or administration fees already paid to the CAC.

Absolutely! Your data is never shared with a 3rd party. It is only ever used to process your registration with the CAC.
